Amber Brown is a results-driven Talent Management and Executive Search professional with a rich history of designing and executing high-impact talent programs and recruitment strategies. In her prior role as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at A+E Global Media, Amber spearheaded a strategic overhaul of the employee onboarding process, launched the organization’s inaugural A+E Media Academy for early career professionals, and revamped the company’s talent assessment framework in addition to leading internal search processes.

Prior to A+E, Amber worked in the executive search field where she led Director level and above searches. Her guidance in inclusive hiring practices and competency-based interviewing has helped to shape leadership roles across a variety of industries. Before getting into executive search, Amber worked at Chicago Public Schools where she created their first ever performance management process for Central Office employees and first training for managers on situational leadership.

Based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, Amber works to manage candidate development and client engagement on executive searches for a wide range of mission-driven organizations across the country. Amber is passionate about connecting the right people to the right opportunities. She knows how important it is to acquire, develop, and retain high-performing talent in order to help organizations achieve their missions.
