Eagle Physicians has a large primary care base, multiple medical sub-specialists, and 400 employees working in a highly collegial atmosphere. The group participates in multiple value-based contracting arrangements as part of the Triad Health Network (THN).
Reporting to the board of directors, the CEO will offer transformative and collaborative leadership; strategic oversight for growth and development; and will ensure that the highest quality of care is delivered for all patients. This role will be active in promoting Eagle within the community, building and maintaining healthy business relationships with local, regional and national partners, including the hospital system.
The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic, operational and financial success of the group. The ideal candidate will have senior leadership experience with 5+ years of CEO, COO, or C-suite experience with a successful medical group or ambulatory multi-specialty care setting. Leadership experience in a physician group practice (ideally an independent group) is strongly desired. MBA, MHA, or other advanced degree required.
